LuSan Bidets
WARRANTY
All products purchased from LuSan Bidets are warranted against faults in materials and manufacture for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase in domestic applications, and six (6) months in commercial applications, unless specifically stated otherwise in sales documentation.
If service is required during the warranty period, please return the complete product to LuSan Bidets for assessment of your claim. Please retain your sales documentation as the original Invoice No. may need to be produced in order to validate a warranty claim.
If the product is found to be defective, LuSan Bidets will at their discretion elect to either; repair the item, or issue a new replacement of the item with another of the same kind, at no charge to the owner, subject to the conditions specified herein. Any replacement unit will assume the remaining warranty coverage from the date of purchase of the original faulty unit. The owner is responsible for any transportation and insurance costs if the product has to be returned for a warranty claim.
Alternatively; the owner may request a pro-rata refund based on the remaining warranty period. Any damage not directly related to a verified defect or fault (other than normal wear and tear) may attract a penalty. The original cost of freight, the cost of return freight and any insurance costs are non-refundable.
This warranty does not extend to defects, injuries or property damage caused by or resulting from causes not attributable to faulty parts or the manufacture or the product, including but not limited to, defect, injury or property damage caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, incorrect water pressure, improper installation or any alterations made to the product which are not authorised by LuSan Bidets.
This warranty is in addition to and in no way limits, varies or excludes any express and implied rights and remedies under any relevant legislation in the country of sale.
This warranty only applies to products sold within Australia and New Zealand.
