Insurance

Please note that Registered Parcel Post insures against damage or loss up to a total value of $100 within Australia only. Although Australia Post is generally very reliable, we do recommend that orders over $100 in value be fully insured against damage or loss during transit. Just add the products listed below as ‘Extra Cover’ to your shopping basket; once for every $100 or part thereof value of the goods.

For International orders; please note that the availability of Insurance (Extra Cover) and the maximum amount obtainable varies between countries. Please check at: www1.auspost.com.au/international/ for your countries limit and availability of Extra Cover.

Manual Shipping

If you need delivery by Express Post, another special shipping option like C.O.D., or if you are purchasing a quantity of items in the same order – especially if from overseas; shipping cost can be correctly calculated (and often minimised) by contacting LuSan Bidets first. Just advise us of your name, address & order details, and we will manually calculate the shipping and enter the cost here with a unique Pro-forma Invoice# (which we will email to you). You then add ‘Manual Shipping’ to your shopping cart and proceed through the check-out as normal – except you will now select “Packaging Cost Only” from the available shipping options before clicking the “Submit Order” button.

Click on any product below and you will be taken to the individual product page. Here you can view more photos/details, or add the product to your shopping cart (if you wish to purchase). Payment is by credit card through PayPal Australia.
