We attempt to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receiving confirmation following successful PayPal/credit card purchases, or 2 business days from when the funds are cleared by our bank if the payment was by personal cheque, direct deposit or money order. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery; Australia Post delivery times may also be extended further during public holiday periods. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you with the expected date of new stock arriving and ask how you would like to proceed; i.e.wait, or cancel the order and have your payment refunded.
Shipping options are displayed on the 1st page of the check-out procedure. Select the correct shipping option (depending on the area you live) and the shipping cost (incl. GST if applicable) will automatically be calculated for you. The total amount payable (with or without GST) will then be displayed on the next ‘Confirm Order’ page; after entering your shipping address and clicking on the ‘Checkout with Paypal’ button.
Tax is not added to shipping or goods, for any shipping address that is outside Australia.
All orders within Australia are sent to you via Australia Post; Express or Regular Parcel Services, and orders outside Australia are sent via Air International Regular Parcels Service unless specifically requested otherwise. Please be aware that if no person is present to sign on delivery of SOD items; they will be returned to your local Mail Delivery centre where they will be held for a limited time only awaiting collection. Australia Post Regular Parcels Service delivery time (within Australia) is normally within 1-5 business days, but can take up to 10 business days depending on distance, workload and other variable factors.
If you require COD or some other special shipping option, you will need to notify us first by phone or email before ordering. We can then calculate these extra charges and enter your complete shipping cost (against a unique Proforma Invoice#) as the product – “Manual Shipping”, found under “Other Services”. You then add this product to your shopping cart and proceed as normal through the check-out; being sure to now select “Packaging Cost Only” from the available shipping options where prompted.
Goods damaged or lost in transit
LuSan Bidets take all care with the packaging and dispatch of your order; however we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit, beyond that provided by Australia Post.
Australia Post Regular/Express parcels services advertise (possibly, & at their discretion) up to $50 compensation for items damaged/lost in transit. Air International Parcels Service does have a tracking No. facility, but does not include any insurance against damage or loss. While Australia Post services are very reliable, we strongly recommend that all orders over $50 in value be fully insured against loss.
Please note that Australia Post now provides a tracking ID# for all parcels services.
LuSan Bidets provide SOD (signature on delivery) free of charge: for all orders over $50 in value.
If you are ordering from within Australia, and you wish to fully insure your goods against damage or loss; you can find insurance listed as ‘Extra Cover Australia’ on the “Other Services” page. Additional Insurance on SOD articles (within Australia only) will be $1.50 per $100, or part thereof, and up to $5000 value of the goods. Just add this product to your shopping cart; once for every $100 or part thereof value of the order (less shipping cost).
If you are ordering from outside Australia and wish to insure your goods against loss, just add the products listed as Extra Cover International to your shopping cart. Extra Cover (Insurance) for Air International/Regular Parcels Service will be $9.00 for the first $100 or part thereof, plus $2.35 for every additional $100 or part thereof, up to $5000. The availability of Extra Cover (Insurance) and the maximum obtainable cover varies between countries. Check at www1.auspost.com.au/international/ for your countries maximum limit and availability.

Personal information is stored in a secure server or secure files. Although sometimes a pain to deal with because of their strict security measures; payment via PayPal is globally, one of the safest and most secure on-line payment methods currently available. This payment system utilizes the latest in SSL encryption technology (the same as your bank) and although PayPal does notify us of every successful transaction, your important credit card details are never seen by us or transferred through non-secure lines. These details are only ever able to be viewed and checked by PayPal themselves.

The Internet however is not always a secure method of transmitting information. Accordingly, LuSan Bidets cannot accept responsibility for the security of any other information you may send directly to, or receive from us over the Internet, or for any unauthorized access or use of that information.
All our products carry a full 6 month, 12 month or 2 year (product & use specific) written warranty, from the date of original purchase, against any defects in materials and manufacture. Please read the full warranty conditions below (PDF). A printed copy of this warranty is provided with all complete kits, and we recommend filling out the details and keeping this copy in a safe place with your Invoice; in case you should need to make a warranty claim in the future. If you believe you have a valid warranty claim within the warranty period, please return the faulty item for our inspection and assessment of your claim. If the goods are found to be faulty; we may elect to repair the goods (if this is possible), or in most cases we will simply issue you with a new replacement of the same kind.
You may also choose to receive a pro-rata refund based on the remaining warranty period from the original date of purchase. Please see our refunds policy below.
Please choose carefully; because of health reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange (once the bidet has been used) because you simply change your mind or find you have made a wrong decision. If for any reason you decide not to fit the bidet to your toilet; just return the complete item within 30 days of purchase, and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, subject to the conditions stated herein. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and be in unused and undamaged condition.
Especially note: Any damage to the goods or missing parts will attract a penalty. If the goods are not resalable as a new item you will obviously not receive a full refund.
In the case of a warranty refund request: damage which was not caused by the warranty fault (other than what could be considered normal wear and tear) may also attract a penalty. This is particularly applicable to expensive items like Electronic Bidet Seats; which may be returned almost immediately after purchase because of a minor fault, but the seat itself has been badly marked due to rough handling.
The original cost of freight and any insurance costs are non-refundable. At our discretion; we may refund freight charges on return of goods for a valid warranty claim.
Method of refunds
Methods available for refunds will be strictly limited to:
- Refund to your credit card or PayPal account (only if you paid that way & within 60 days of purchase).
- Direct deposit to a nominated bank account (only if you paid this way, or if refund to your credit card/PayPal account is no longer available).
- Post a cheque to your mailing address (only if methods both 1 & 2 are not available).
How to return goods for a warranty claim or refund.
All we ask is that you print out and fill in the Returns Form below, then return it together with the product to our P.O Box address. Please note that we will need the Order No. (provided originally by email), or the Tax Invoice number (provided with the goods), or at least the Paypal transaction/receipt ID (if you paid that way) in order to track and validate the record of your purchase.
