This helps to minimize overhead costs so customers can continue to access these useful items at lower prices. We are a legitimate Aussie business and conduct our operations from a real physical location here in Brisbane. If you should have some un-resolved problem; sure – you can see us personally, but please – we do not sell from our residential address!

If you absolutely must see and touch before you buy, there are specialist bidet shops where you can do just that. However because they do have the added costs of rental and sales staff; it is unlikely they will be able to sell for the same price as an Internet only based supplier.

Ordering Information

Payment via PayPal

Integrated with our own shopping cart, PayPal is fast, convenient and secure. A good option for both buyers and sellers; PayPal offers significant fraud protection and a good range of credit card support. You can choose to make payment with just your credit card, or from your PayPal account, linked credit card or linked bank account (eCheque). When using this payment method; the total amount payable including shipping cost and GST is all calculated automatically for you, on the last page of the checkout before clicking the ‘Confirm Order’ button.

Email Order

Good for contacting us for special requests, or if you wish to make payment by any means other than by PayPal. For security reasons we ask that you do not send us credit card details via e-mail. Please note that we will not only need details of the item(s) you wish to purchase, but also your name and the shipping address. (Use the contact form on the bottom of this page)

Phone order

If you find that you need to phone us for any reason, we are located in Brisbane, Australia. If our office is un-attended, please leave a brief message with your name and contact number and we will return your call at the earliest opportunity.

Fax order

For your convenience we are happy also to receive orders by fax. When ordering, please be sure to include in the message: your name and full postal address, details of the product/s you wish to order, and your preferred payment method.

Payment for email, phone or fax orders

For any product that is ordered by email, telephone or fax, payment can be made by cheque, money order or direct deposit to our bank account or PayPal account. Be sure to include the proforma invoice number (which we will supply) with any payment details to allow easy reconciliation with your order.

When paying from overseas by Telegraphic Transfer; fee’s and charges may be imposed by your overseas or intermediary bank, resulting in receipt of a lesser amount than that originally sent. Any bank fees charged by your bank (or intermediary bank) are payable by you the customer, and so this amount may need to be be added (when applicable) to the total amount as shown on your proforma invoice. Our bank does not charge for receiving funds via TT.

If you are ordering by phone, fax or email; please do not make any payment until we first fax or email you a Proforma Invoice* for the items you wish to purchase. This will show the correct total for you to pay; detailing shipping cost (and GST if applicable).
